About Clouded Leopard
Clouded Leopard National Park near Agartala is named after the clouded leopard, one of Asia's most beautiful and elusive cats. Developed from a zoo and deer park complex, the park was declared to give Tripura its own protected area. The clouded leopard that gives the park its name inhabits the surrounding forest landscape of the Sipahijala Wildlife Sanctuary.
