About Gorumara
Gorumara National Park in the Dooars lowlands is one of the finest rhinoceros habitats outside Assam. Watchtowers at Rhino Point and Medla offer remarkable sunrise views of rhinos and elephants grazing the grasslands at the edge of the forest. Gorumara is named after the Garo word for rhino forest — and it lives up to its name.
