About Nameri

Nameri National Park lines the northern bank of the Jia Bhoroli River at the Arunachal Pradesh border. The park is a critical refuge for the White-winged wood duck, one of the rarest waterfowl in the world, which nests in hollow trees along forest streams. River-based safaris offer excellent elephant and tiger sightings.
